“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” — Psalm 27:14 (NIV)
Dyslexia and ADHD often make us want to sprint through the difficult, text-heavy parts of discernment just to get them over with. We rush the paperwork—not because we are careless, but because the cognitive load of holding it open is too heavy to bear for long. But discernment is a slow cooker, not a microwave; sometimes the delay is where the actual spiritual formation happens.
