“For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” — Matthew 11:30 (NIV)
The Church’s administrative yoke—the forms, the criteria, the endless reading lists—often feels incredibly heavy, especially when your brain processes information differently. Jesus promises a light burden, which means the crushing weight of ecclesiastical paperwork isn’t divine; it’s just human bureaucracy. We are called to carry the Gospel, not to perfectly decode a complex PDF.
The Question: Which part of the discernment process currently feels like a heavy yoke rather than a holy calling?
